Week 13: Presentation about user persona/5 whys and customer reviews about our project.

Assalamulaikum everyone. Today I will share with you about the last week that we will have class and lab. In the class we have to present about our persona and 5 whys from our project. So our lecturer, Dr Siti Zulaiha have open her I learn and download all the slide that have been upload in the I discuss for the subject ict500. So our team is the first have to present. We make a mistake when our 5 whys slide is not same as what our group project is. Lucky our lecturer, ask we to change it same as our project need. All the student by group have to present their user persona and 5 whys in the class.

For the lab session for week 13. We have done the workshop 2 for last week (week 12) and we continue the workshop 2 in the lab for this week. We also show our application interface to our lecturer, Dr Siti Zulaiha. Next, we also have a user test and get a feedback from them. We ask our classmate to do the user test for our application interface. We get many feedback and we can improve more on our application.  We do the dummy interface using the powerpoint hyperlinks. When you click that button it will go to the other slide. It really useful to present our application or make a dummy interface in the future. This is also a creative and critical thinking from our group. We also need to think more in making this blog for our assignment report on what activity that we have done in the class and lab session. I think that all for us and see you again is this blog still we use. Ok guy, bye and have a nice study week before sitting for the final exam paper start from 2 January 2018 with this subject paper. We from group TDR wish all of you goodluck and have a nice day. We also want to thank our classmate and our lecturer, Dr Siti Zulaiha. That all from us, thank you.   

Week 12: 5 whys and user persona

For user persona, we do a survey to our customer about our system.
Our customer details will save according to the persona templates.

The customers can comments, give opinion and suggestions to our projects. 



For 5 Whys, we use 5 whys technique to find the problem and the solution according to our project our system. It helps us to find idea and solution quickly and accurately.




Week 9: Torrance test

Built on J.P. Guilford's work and created by Ellis Paul Torrance, the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT), a test of creativity, originally involved simple tests of divergent thinking and other problem-solving skills, which were scored on four scales:
  • Fluency: The total number of interpretable, meaningful, and relevant ideas generated in response to the stimulus.
  • Flexibility: The number of different categories of relevant responses.
  • Originality: The statistical rarity of the responses.
  • Elaboration: The amount of detail in the responses.


This is my creativity using Torrance test.

Week 8: Qadim technique



We use Qadim technique to the the fourth assignment which is create a new mobile phone that suite to old people. It help us to gain more idea when we using the Qadim Technique.





We decrease the size into useable size for old people.

We add the features such as keypad for easy writing and that keypad can be close and open easily.
We remove the button to easy elder people and they just need to touch screen to unlock phone.

We embed speaker and mobile phone and speaker can push/pull to open.
We embed existing product which is speaker and added phone to it so they can listen automatically.  

We combine two product into one which is dictionary and mobile phone.

We increase the size to elder easy to see. Then, increase the size of button such as home button, back button, volume button and other button.



Week 7: Project Progress Presentation and brainstorming and scamper.


In this week, all students need to presents their project progress to the class and the lecturer. The lecturer and other students will give the comments to our projects. From that we can know the project we do it is good or not so far. We also can improve our project features, process, interfaces and others.








We apply the scamper technique to our projects. To get more idea and process to our projects.

Week 6: Affinity diagram about FSKM website

Assalamualaikum, and hello to everyone. How your day mate? Today I will continue to share about the week 6 activity that we have do in lecture class or lab time. For this we in the class we have learn about the the encouraging creativity. We be able to increase our knowledge in this subject more.

We also learn about the thing that become the barriers to our creativity.

For lab class, we have to do a affinity diagram to website of FSKM. We also have to present and ask other group to search the thing that was given by our lecturer, Dr Siti Zulaiha in the piece of paper. We also need to search and answer the question to the other group affinity diagram.  So, there are affinity diagram that we can search and some of them are not be able to search the question was given. This activity will be also as our lab assignment to and have to submit to our lecturer in due time was given.  We also have watch 3 video in the lab class.

Week 5: Lab and Lecture

Ok guys we meet again for the share of week 5 activity that I and my friends have done in this week. In the class and the lab we have done many thing and activity connected to this subject ict500.  We learn about the critical thinking standard or CTS.

The top skills for critical thinkers need to have in 2015 and 2020.

We also need to read this article and analyse the news or the fact in that article.

The checking mechanism using the CTS.

We also need to watch the video and analyse the truth of the video.

For the lab class, we have other group who is inchange of prepare the activity which is the group 3. I and my groupmate have to a battle with other group which is group 2. So the first activity that we do is we have to make a circle with one piece of paper to fit everyone in the group in that circle. We done that activity with our creative and critical thinking on how to make a circle which is fit for everyone to enter the circle. For the second activity, we have to throw the paper cup into the bottle. We have the throwing distance and we a free to throw the cup with any style that we want to. After the activity end we continue with the user usability test and questionnaires. questionnaires is about the Perceived Usability and perceived User Satisfaction.
